Unsupported Returns and Exchanges: The 30-day return and exchange period has expired; Damage caused by human factors; The product has been obviously used, modified, or affects resale; Abnormal wear and tear not caused by product quality issues.
Return and Exchange Process: Submit a return or exchange application; Verify the application eligibility; Return the product as required; Process the refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refund Policy: After the return is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3 business days.
